We recommend you use a hairdryer to apply light heat and then scrape the adhesive off with an old credit card or thin object. You can also apply a lubricant such as WD40 to break down the adhesive.

Our case doesn't have a battery in it, as we wanted to reduce our usage of batteries as much as possible, so it will need to be plugged in using the charging cable provided.
