How do subscriptions work? (UK/US only)Updated 25 days ago

We like to keep things simple. When you subscribe, we'll send you 2 plant-based brush heads every 6 months and/or 2 toothpaste tubes to start, at 10% less than buying a 3-pack at full price. Want more, or need them sooner? You can easily update your frequency and quantity any time — see Change my frequency & delivery date.

You can include both brush heads and toothpaste in the same subscription order, and you're welcome to mix brush head colours within an order too — just note the minimum is 2 of any colour you choose (for example, 2 Sea Mist + 2 Midnight Black works, but 1 of each doesn't). Current colours: Winter Fern, Morning Waves, Sea Mist, Canyon Sunrise, Sunset Bloom, and Midnight Black.

Orders under £25 carry a £1.99 delivery fee; orders of £25 or more ship free.

Please note: subscription orders currently ship via an untracked delivery service. They typically arrive within the expected timeframe, but if yours hasn't turned up within a week of dispatch, get in touch with our SURI Support Team and we'll arrange a replacement right away.

Good to know: we'll send a reminder email a few days before each billing date, so you'll always have a heads up before we charge you — plenty of time to change, skip, or cancel if you need to.

No commitments — skip a delivery, change frequency, or cancel any time by logging in to your account here. (There's no separate "pause" option — skipping ahead or cancelling and re-subscribing later cover the same need.)
