My toothbrush won’t turn onUpdated 37 minutes ago
Don’t worry - in most cases, this is easy to fix.
1. First, check the Travel Lock (SURI 2.0 only)
To prevent the brush from turning on in your bag, the SURI 2.0 includes a Travel Lock.
(If you’re using the SURI 1.0, this feature isn’t included.)
How to see if it’s on:
Press the power button once.
A flashing orange light means the Travel Lock is activated.
How to turn it off:
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
You’ll feel a gentle vibration or hear a soft beep.
Your brush should now wake up as normal.
2. If the Travel Lock isn’t on
Place your brush on the charger and give it at least 60 minutes to top up.
Once charged, try turning it on again.
