Standard 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

Your SURI toothbrush has a 1-year limited guarantee starting from the date of delivery at trysuri.com. If you purchased your SURI from an authorised retailer, we’ll need to see proof of purchase — a receipt or invoice is fine.

How it works:

  • Covers (free of charge) any product faults, defects, and irregularities.

  • Does not include damage from improper use (including use of third-party charging cables or accessories), normal wear and tear, or minor defects that don’t affect performance.

  • Voids if repairs are made or the product is opened by unauthorised persons.

  • Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend the warranty period.

  • Where possible, we will provide a like-for-like replacement of the same model. If the original model is no longer available, we may provide a replacement of equal or greater specification at our discretion. This does not constitute an upgrade.

  • If we send a replacement, the faulty product must be returned within 30 calendar days. We’ll provide a prepaid returns label. If it’s not returned and no alternative arrangement is agreed in writing, we may invoice for the value of the replacement.

  • This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Early Customer Lifetime Warranty (Ended June 30th, 2024)

For customers who purchased with a subscription before July 1st, 2024, your Lifetime Warranty remains valid while your subscription is active.

It covers the same points as our Standard 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, including the requirement to return any faulty product within 30 calendar days of receiving a replacement. If the faulty item isn’t returned within that time and no written alternative is agreed, we may invoice for the replacement value.
