Standard 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

Your SURI toothbrush has a 1-year limited guarantee that starts from the date of delivery at trysuri.com. If you purchased your SURI from an authorised retailer, we'll need to see the proof of purchase. A receipt or invoice is fine.

Here’s how our 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty works: 

  • It covers (free of charge) any product faults, defects, and irregularities
  • It does not include damage due to improper use, slight wear and tear or minor defects that don’t impact the operation of our products
  • The guarantee is immediately void if we notice that repairs have been made or the products opened by any unauthorised persons
  • The repair or replacement of your toothbrush under warranty does not extend the period of the warranty

This guarantee does not affect your rights under statutory law.

Early Customer Lifetime Warranty (Ended June 30th, 2024)

As a thank you to our early subscription customers, we provided a lifetime warranty to all brushes purchased with a subscription before July 1st, 2024

How our Early Customer Lifetime Warranty works: 

  • Your Lifetime Warranty remains valid for as long as you’re subscribed to an active plan.
  • It requires an active subscription, cancelling your subscription at any point will cancel your lifetime warranty or revert brush back to our Standard 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty if your brush is less than 2 years old.
  • It covers (free of charge) any product faults, defects, and irregularities. 
  • It does not include damage due to improper use, slight wear and tear or minor defects that don’t impact the operation of our products.
  • The guarantee is immediately void if we notice that repairs have been made or the products opened by any unauthorised persons.

This guarantee does not affect your rights under statutory law.
