What is Order Protection?
Order Protection helps you stay covered if anything goes wrong with your delivery. It protects against loss, damage, theft, missing or wrong items.
How do I add it?
At checkout, you’ll see an option for Order Protection. Leave it toggled on and it’ll appear as a line item in your order summary. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is processed.
How do I make a claim?
If you added Order Protection at checkout, you can submit a claim here:

You’ll usually get a response within an hour, and most claims are resolved the same day.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on your order total, but you’ll see the exact amount at checkout before confirming your order.
How long do I have to make a claim?
You can file a claim within 30 to 45 days of placing your order, depending on the issue.
