My travel case isn't chargingUpdated a year ago
Sorry to hear you are having problems with your travel case. Here are some troubleshooting tips which should help:
1) Make sure the case is plugged in using the provided SURI cable.
2) Try connecting to a different USB wall charger or power outlet. Sometimes laptops can be problematic.
3) Check the two charging pins inside the case. If they're damaged, please get in touch.
4) Ensure the charging pins in the case and the contacts on the base of the brush are clean and dry. Wipe them gently with a damp cloth and then dry them.
5) The light on the outside of the case only lights up while using the 1-minute UV-C cleaning mode—not while charging. The indicator light on the brush will pulse blue while charging, and turn solid white once fully charged
6) If the indicator light on the brush doesn't light up while charging, it may be blocked with toothpaste. To check, remove the brush head then turn on the toothbrush in a dark room. If you see a faint light at the top of the brush, the light is likely blocked with toothpaste. This can be easily removed with a toothpick and warm water.
7) To isolate the problem to the travel case. Leave your brush to charge overnight on the charge pebble, and then in the case.
