My toothbrush won’t turn onUpdated 24 days ago

Don’t worry - in most cases, this is easy to fix.

1. First, check the Travel Lock (SURI Pro 2.0 and SURI Core 1.0 only)

To prevent the brush from turning on in your bag, the SURI Pro 2.0 and Core 1.0 includes a Travel Lock. (If you’re using the SURI Pro 1.0, this feature isn’t included.)

How to see if it’s on:

• Press the power button once.

• A flashing orange light means the Travel Lock is activated.

How to turn it off:

• Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.

• You’ll feel a gentle vibration or hear a soft beep.

• Your brush should now wake up as normal.

2. If the Travel Lock isn’t on

• Place your brush on the charger and charge it overnight.

• Once charged, try turning it on again.
