Sorry to hear you are having problems with your pressure sensor.

Let's try a quick reset to get this sorted:

1. Turn your brush on, hold for 3 seconds until it flashes white to turn the pressure sensor off.
2. Let go and then hold for a further 3 seconds to turn it back on again
3. Turn the toothbrush on in the air, wait for just a moment, and then press it against your teeth to start brushing.
4. If the issue continues, remove the brush head and place it back on while the brush is switched off — this helps recalibrate the pressure sensor.
5. Once the head is reattached, switch the brush back on and test if the sensor works as expected.
