My brush isn’t providing a good cleanUpdated a month ago

Sorry to hear you don't feel you're getting a good clean. It can definitely take a little time to get used to a new toothbrush. Here are some tips which should help:

1) Make sure your toothbrush is fully charged.

2) Your SURI toothbrush has two brush modes—Clean and Polish. Polish has a stronger sweeping action and offers a deeper clean. To access this mode, turn on your brush and press the button again until a dark blue light shows. You'll feel the difference in the vibration.

3. Hold your brush at a 45-degree angle towards the gum line and guide the brush across your teeth in small circles. Here Dr Sonia shows you how to get the best results from your SURI.

4) Make sure you brush for the full two minutes. Dentists cite this is as one of the most important factors in getting a thorough clean every time you brush.

In clinical studies our toothbrush has been shown to remove up to 5x more plaque than using a manual toothbrush, and it was particularly effective at removing plaque from hard-to-reach areas.

So if you still feel like you're not getting a good clean after trying all of the above, please get in touch with our SURI Support Team.
