Sorry to hear you're having issues charging your brush. Here are three tried-and-tested troubleshooting tips which should help:
SURI 1.0
Clean the contacts on the bottom of your brush with a damp cloth. Dry the base, then leave the brush to charge on your USB stand overnight — even if you don’t see the light blinking.
If the brush works in the morning but the light doesn’t come on, there may be a little toothpaste blocking it. This can be removed with a toothpick and warm water.
Try a different USB power outlet, ideally a wall socket rather than a laptop.
If you have a SURI travel case, make sure the charging pins are clean, then plug the case into a USB power outlet using your SURI cable and leave your brush to charge inside the case overnight.
SURI 2.0
Clean the base of your brush and stand with a damp cloth, ensuring they are free from debris. Dry both parts, then leave the brush to charge overnight — even if you don’t see the light blinking.
Try a different USB power outlet, ideally a wall socket rather than a laptop.
If you have a SURI travel case, check that the base of the brush is fully aligned with the case and there is no gap. Plug the case into a USB power outlet using your SURI cable and leave your brush to charge inside the case overnight.
