Sorry to hear you're having issues charging your brush. Here are three tried-and-tested troubleshooting tips which should help:

1) Clean the contacts on the bottom of your brush with a damp cloth. Dry the base, then leave the brush to charge on your USB stand overnight—even if you don’t see the light blinking on the brush. 

If the brush works in the morning but the light doesn't come on, you may have a little toothpaste blocking the light. This can be removed with a toothpick and warm water.

2) If the above doesn’t work, we suggest trying a different USB power outlet, ideally a wall socket rather than a laptop. 

3) If you have a SURI travel case, make sure the charging pins are clean, then plug the case into a USB power outlet and leave your brush to charge inside the case over night.
