UK shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £25.
For orders under £25, standard shipping is £2.70.
For subscription orders under £25:
Brush heads: £1.99
Toothpaste: £2.75, due to its larger size and weight
Delivery times
Standard shipping: 2 to 3 working days for orders placed before 6pm on Friday
Express shipping: next day for orders placed before 2pm, excluding Sundays
US shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $33.
For orders under $33, standard shipping is $4.50.
For subscription orders under $33:
Brush heads: $3.71
Toothpaste: $4.71, due to its larger size and weight
Delivery times
Standard shipping: 3-5 working days for orders placed before 1pm on Friday *excluding bank holidays*
Express shipping: 2 working days for orders placed before 11am on Friday *excluding bank holidays*
Alaska and Hawaii:
For Alaska and Hawaii, standard shipping is $20 and delivery can take up to 8 working days. Express shipping is not currently available.
Europe:
- Shipping Fee: $9.30 (£7.99) Royal Mail (£12 DPD Express), excluding holidays & weekends.
- Delivery Time: 4-8 Days Royal Mail (3-5 Days DPD Express), excluding holidays & weekends.
- We cover customs fees for all orders in the EU on DPD Express and up to €150 on Royal Mail
Canada:
- Shipping Fee: $13 CAD
- Additional duties and taxes apply and will be calculated at checkout. These will be added to the shipping fee shown before payment.
- Delivery Time: 4-9 Days excluding holidays & weekends.
Australia:
- Shipping Fee: $18 AUD
- Additional duties and taxes apply and will be calculated at checkout. These will be added to the shipping fee shown before payment.
- Delivery Time: 5–11 days, excluding holidays and weekends.
Oceania:
Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna:
- Shipping Fee: £20
- Delivery Time: 5-11 Days

All other countries not listed above:

- Delivery Time: 4-7 Days via FedEX or DHL
