We'll be sorry to see you go! You can cancel any time, no questions asked:

1. Log in to your subscription account here
2. Click "More" on your subscription, then select "Cancel"

Once cancelled, no further charges or shipments will happen. If an order was already being processed before you cancelled, it will still be delivered — we're not able to intercept an order that's already gone to fulfilment.

Not sure you want to fully cancel? You can also just push your next order out to a later date instead — your subscription stays set up for whenever you're ready, with no charges in the meantime. See Skip my next delivery.

If you didn't realise you'd subscribed and would like a refund as well as a cancellation, get in touch with our SURI Support Team — refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
