Can I buy Pro 2.0 without the case?
At launch, Pro 2.0 is only available with the travel case. This helps us keep things simple while we introduce the new model. We do plan to offer Pro 2.0 without the case in the future, and hope to make this available next year.
Does the Pro 2.0 travel case charge the brush?
Yes, but only when the case is plugged into a USB power outlet using the charging cable provided.
How should I clean my UV case? (Pro 2.0)
Wipe it with a damp cloth only and then dry. Avoid running water or detergents. And keep it dry when charging, this helps prevent overheating or mould.
Can I open the UV Cleaning Case during the cleaning cycle? (Pro 2.0)
No. But you can safely pause it if you need to. The UV light inside the case helps sanitise your brush head - but UV rays can be harmful to your eyes and skin. That’s why the case should stay closed during the cleaning cycle. If you need to open it,
