(We really want to recycle your heads!).Outside the UK and US We&apos;re seeking to expand our pre-paid returns option globally and in the meantime, recommend&#xA0;industrially composting your heads. This will require a few steps:<ol><li style="font-size: 16px;">Remove the bristles with pliers and dispose of them in your waste bin, as they are plant-based they will eventually break down into plant-based micro-particles (in a couple of years unlike petroleum-based alternatives). We&apos;ll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange next steps.If you purchased your SURI from an authorised retailer, we&apos;ll need to see the proof of purchase. A receipt or invoice is fine.To ensure you&apos;re not without a toothbrush, we&apos;ll send you a replacement straight away. We&apos;ll also include a prepaid returns label so you can send your faulty brush back to us. Once we&apos;ve received your toothbrush, our recovery team will take it apart to reuse the components or recycle them responsibly.If your brush is outside of warranty or you&apos;ve lost your receipt, we can still replace it using the process listed above, but there will be a nominal fee (around &#xA3;25). Please note that if replacement accessories need to be replaced, these will be charged separately.&#xA0;
