What do the lights on my travel case mean? (Pro 2.0)Updated 19 minutes ago

Your Pro 2.0 travel case has two separate lights, and it's easy to mix them up:

  • Charging light - located at the base of the case, separate from the UV-C light. When the case is plugged in and the brush is seated inside, this light pulses to show it's charging. If no brush is seated, it flickers once instead.
  • UV-C light - only activates during the UV cleaning cycle. It doesn't indicate charging status at all.

Your SURI toothbrush lasts over a month on a single charge, so we recommend only charging it when the battery is low. Note that the case's built-in battery powers the UV-C cleaning function only - it won't charge your brush unless the case itself is plugged into a USB power source.

If you place your toothbrush in the case and no light appears at the base at all, please get in touch with our SURI Support Team.
