Sorry to hear the light on your brush isn't showing. First, check whether the brush is still turning on and working normally - if it is, this is likely just a light issue rather than a bigger problem.

Sometimes toothpaste can get stuck in the small pinhole where the light shows, blocking it from view. You can clear this gently with a pin or toothpick and a little water.

To test whether this is the cause: charge your brush in a dark room with the head removed. If you can see a faint glow from the top of the brush, the pinhole is likely just blocked rather than the light itself being faulty.
