Want your next box to arrive a little later, without cancelling your whole subscription? You can skip just the next order:

1. Log in to your subscription account here
2. Click "Skip" on your subscription
3. Confirm on the "Skip next order" pop-up

Your subscription carries on as normal after that — only the one upcoming order is skipped, and you won't be charged for it.

Note: if your next order has already been processed for shipping, we may not be able to catch it in time to skip. If that happens, get in touch and we'll help sort it out.

Need a much longer break, or not sure when you'll be ready again? There's no separate "pause" feature — you can push your next order out as far as you'd like using the same Skip option above, or cancel now and simply re-subscribe whenever you're ready. See Cancel my Subscription.
