My brush button is stuckUpdated a month ago

Sorry to hear your brush button is stuck. Sometimes toothpaste can build up around it and stop it working properly. This can often be fixed in two steps:

1. Wash the brush button under warm water for a few minutes, giving it a few clicks as you go.
2. Dry your toothbrush thoroughly with a towel or cloth, then leave it to charge overnight.
