How it works:

• Your brush must have been purchased directly from trysuri.com.

• The 100 days start from the date your order is delivered.

• It covers any product faults, defects, or dissatisfaction with your SURI toothbrush.

• It does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or minor cosmetic issues that do not affect performance.

• If the brush has been opened or repaired by anyone other than SURI, the guarantee will no longer apply.

• Return shipping costs are not covered under this guarantee.

• To qualify for a refund, the exact item(s) you told us you would return must be received at our returns facility within 30 calendar days of your claim being approved. We cannot process refunds for items that are received late, missing, or different from those declared in your return request.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
