  • The 100 days starts from the date of the delivery
  • It covers all faults, defects and issues with your SURI toothbrush
  • It doesn’t cover damage from not being used properly, little defects that don’t affect how the brush works or slight wear and tear
  • If it looks like you’ve opened up your toothbrush or tried to fix it yourself, the guarantee won’t be valid any more.
  • It doesn't cover costs associated with returning the brush to us.
