100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 100-day money-back guarantee on all electric toothbrush purchases from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your electric toothbrush, we will refund you.

Eligibility:

  • Your toothbrush must have been purchased from trysuri.com.

  • The product must not have physical damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidental drops (including use of third-party charging cables or accessories),

  • Items must be returned using the original return label provided by SURI and must be received at our authorised warehouse within 30 calendar days of your return being approved.

  • Only the exact items declared in your return request will be eligible for a refund.

How refunds are processed:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a follow-up email confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days from approval.

  • In some cases, your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than two weeks have passed, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider first.

Returns process:

  • To start a return, please contact our SURI Support Team for instructions and your prepaid return label.

  • Please do not post an item to us without contacting us first.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you use your own return method, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Important notes:
We reserve the right to investigate any return where:

  • The parcel was not received at our authorised warehouse.

  • Tracking data is inconsistent or appears altered.

  • The return label has been tampered with or misused.

In such cases, refunds will be withheld pending investigation with the courier and our logistics team.

If you are returning an item valued over £75/$100, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

If you purchased your SURI from an authorised retailer, please refer to that store’s return policy, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items not bought directly from trysuri.com.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. In the US, this guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
