What's your refund policy?

Refillable Bottles: 30-day refund on unopened bottles & 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Toothpaste Refill: 30-day refund on unopened refills; opened refills are non-refundable. Subscription orders are eligible for returns or refunds if unopened — please cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges.

Is there a warranty for the dispenser?

Yes! Both the Refillable Bottles and Toothpaste Refill come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your dispenser or refill has a defect, please get in touch with our SURI Support Team, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

What if I don't like the product?

If you're not satisfied, you may return an unopened Refillable Bottle or Toothpaste refill within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We're unable to process refunds on opened or partially used products, but we'd love to help you find a flavour or formula that works better for you — just reach out!
