We only replace items if they are new/unopened, defective, or damaged. If your product appears defective or damaged please contact our SURI Support Team.


We reserve the right to investigate any exchange where:

  • The parcel was not received at our authorised warehouse

  • The tracking data is inconsistent or altered

  • The return label appears to have been tampered with or misused

In such cases, exchanges will be withheld pending a full investigation with the courier and our logistics team.

If you bought your SURI from a retailer, please refer to that store’s returns policy as we cannot take returns or exchanges not bought from trysuri.com.
