We only replace items if they are new/unopened, defective, or damaged. If your product appears defective or damaged please contact our SURI Support Team.
We reserve the right to investigate any exchange where:
The parcel was not received at our authorised warehouse
The tracking data is inconsistent or altered
The return label appears to have been tampered with or misused
In such cases, exchanges will be withheld pending a full investigation with the courier and our logistics team.
If you bought your SURI from a retailer, please refer to that store’s returns policy as we cannot take returns or exchanges not bought from trysuri.com.
