30-Day Returns Policy – All Other Products
For all products other than electric toothbrushes, we offer a 30-day returns policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
Important:
Toothpaste is a consumable personal care product and, for hygiene and safety reasons, is not eligible for return or refund — whether opened or unopened.
If your toothpaste arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our SURI Support Team within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or other resolution.
Eligibility for a refund or exchange:
Your item must have been purchased from trysuri.com.
Returns must be received at our authorised warehouse within 30 calendar days of your return being approved.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Only the exact items declared in your return request will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How refunds are processed:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and whether your refund has been approved.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval, but your bank or card provider may take longer to post the funds. If more than two weeks have passed since approval, please contact your bank or card provider first.
Return process:
Contact our SURI Support Team before sending your return to receive instructions and a return label (if applicable).
Please do not post an item to us without contacting us first.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you use your own return method, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Additional notes:
For items over £75/$100, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
If you purchased your SURI product from an authorised retailer, please follow that store’s returns policy, as we cannot accept returns for items not bought directly from trysuri.com.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. In the US, this policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
